In 2013, Michelle established Fortune Insurance Agency with her Dad Bill. Bill worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years, first starting out as a life insurance agent and then as a sales manager on the life and health insurance side of the industry.
After Michelle graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine Michelle decided to join Bill in the insurance world.
Fast forward to today. Together, we decided we wanted to create an insurance agency that would cater to all of our client’s needs. Since the beginning, we have focused on three major core values:
- To care for each individual client through excellent service and by creating trustworthy relationships.
- To always understand our clients’ needs in order to educate and consult on proper protection for our clients.
- To support our community along the way through participation in various events and activities.
